just read the article again.
its maybe not a big deal but i don't think the suction is vacuum.
it will be a very low presure but when the compressor low-pres side or suction side is vacuum there will be no resistance for the current.
because the installation isn't made 100% clean there is going to be a little bit of moisture in it,(effects the state of the insulation thats around the copper).
after not mutch time there will be small sparks and short-circuit as effect.
