| Stevos, it's true boxke had had severe problems in the past. Their shellserver and webserver were on the same machine, and as you all know, shellservers get DDOS'ed quite often. That downtime was when they moved their webserver to a new, faster machine... I'm hosting there since March I think, and it's been down about one day all together since then. The fact they didn't have decent backups, that's what I mean by lack of professional management. But I always backup my own stuff about once a week... However, I still wouldn't host a real important site on boxke... (BTW - I have nothing to do with boxke... I'm just telling what I know ) By the way: I heard bad things about BASM... The owner once used the mailinglist of one of his biggest clients for an own spammailing - See http://users.pandora.be/basm/ |

| Well, it took me 2 minutes before this page started loading... Normally, it takes about 10 - 15 secs before it starts, and then it loads in 3 - 4 secs... I'm on telenet. |
