Eerlijk gezegd, klantvriendelijkheid bij Belgacom is er in my humble opinion sterk op vooruit gegaan. Bestelling verliep vlekkeloos, daarna een sms met bevestiging van datum, op dag zelf telefoon van technieker dat hij eraan ging beginnen en wanneer hij zou klaar zijn, achteraf een sms van activatie en de dag nadien een sms met de vraag of ik tevreden was.

Op't randje van "overdoing it"

Sure is, sad you have to know the workaround to reach those speeds, but understandable otherwise it would cause way to much costs for B. No where mentioned on their site nor in their mail.
