Yes, i didn't assume it was s775 and Core 2 capable.

mine is 775VSTA with DDR/2 AGP/PCIe support, but there is one with PCIe/DDR2 which should do fine

E2160: 86 euro. Same as E4300 but with 1mb l2 instead of 2mb.
