| a sharp nylon string will do just fine. And the CORRECT procedure to do this is just to stick a flathead screwdriver next to the heatspreader, (between the CPU packaging and the heatsink) and just pry it of. MAKE SURE THE CPU WON'T FLY OFF ANYWHERE, when it pops it can fly quite a distance if you don't block it somehow. (just hold your hand over it. |
