and the Ti4200? with vidcard & CPU OC'ed +higher FSB I'll get +10K 3dmarks, that's sufficient. a Ti4200 gets here on both rigs ~11K marks

Hmm just bought R9800Pro and logitech 680. Don't ask me about budget updates anytime soon. Anyway, My Epox still works fine. Prolly because everything on it is cooled. (NB-SB-MOSFET and Vchip). Only when it's over 45°C CPU it get's rather cranky on the mem part. I do think it's the mem itself however. Buy some extra memory and a good vidcard. That's my opinion.

ehm, lol estimated money flow = WRONG forgot to add: -weekend work in september: ~6 days, 5-9 hours a day -I don't get 5€/hour as I expected, but ~7.3€/hour quite hard to estimate how much I'll get, I think I'll work 20days, 5-9 hours a day. I've worked last 3 days, going to get paid +- 160€ If I'm lucky, I'll get something like 1000€ this month  I'll get a R9600, and buy a better one once DoomIII is out. I'm also experimenting with watercooling so I don't want to cool real expensive stuff in the beginning

good idea, killed my direct die cooled AMD K6 200 that way. It did get to 266 (with a lot of effort). I do need H2O in this heat however.

I'll order @ tones, they've got everything in stock Sapphire Radeon 9600 128MB 139.90 Abit NF7-S V2.0 118.40 - I don't know a lot of Ati cards, is the brand + size of mem OK? - Still don't know what mem to choose. i can a) buy another stick of Corsair: Corsair DDRAM 256MB PC3500 C2 + HSP, costs 100€ b) sell the corsair ( or put it in backup rig if I don't get enough for it) and get other mem: what mem to choose....
