Need for a trained mysql & php programmer for building up an entirely new managing program : clients and their very extensive database + personel + documentation centre + legislation + easy fill in method & transport + remote access + easy managebility (?) ... will be for next year or so. I have a meeting about that this thursday.

No experience with the 2 products you've mentioned, but i'm eager to learn them the next few months.

If you want programmers with experience: csbconsulting.com offers Java specialists for as little as 350 eur a day.
