| @calantak: i've heard epox has some troubles supplying europe with their 8rda+: the first batch is completely sold out, and the next one won't be here until januari. I hope this isn't true... At the moment I've got 191FSB sync 100% stable with noiseless cooling, 200FSB with fans on 8V and 206Mhz bench-stable. Sadly, i don't think it's my memory holding me back, but the memory controller. Why? => 228Mhz FSB, 75% mem (176mhz) = STABLE 191Mhz FSB, 120% mem (228mhz) = STABLE Everyting above 205FSB and 100% mem = FAIl Only raison I can see is that the memoroy controller can't handle fast transfers at high FSB. Solution = vmod? nforceČ chipset don't allow volt changes in bios though... bummer. :/

| no vmem voltage changement? I think you'll need more voltage for the memory @max timings when going at 200+ Mhz

| vmem is already at 2.9 (2.81 real). But if running memory at 228mhz async is no prob, the memory shouldn't be the limiting factor when hitting a brick wall at 206FSB sync. This epox board needs a chipset voltage option, like the abit.

| problemissimo! the epox 8rda+ could be away for a VERY LONG TIME is there an option in the other boards? R they any good? can you change that multiplier on all boards? which have mounting holes coz I need a slk800 to fit! Remember this is not a 3dmark board, but a workstation that can fold at high (but not extreme) speed. I have to change my order at funcomp fast! the asus seems to look quite good and I can have it in two days...

| Go for it, the asus performs equally.

| fuk it I ordered the asus gold edition instead of the epox, but now they tell me the 2400 is hardly gettable... and would take two weeks... fukkin hell that's it. get me the asus gold, and an xp2600+ prontopresto please. the 2600+slk800 and ram @3:4 should get me to 2.4-2.5-ish on air is the 2600 locked?
