Yup, easiest way to order at funcomp is nachname (rembours). If on stock & ordered before 14h: 90% chance you receive it 2 days later.

lonely... too little Belgians with nforce˛ boards.

To sum up the 8rda+:

Pro:
- speed is reasonable at stock, but i think it's a little slower than stock 845(p)e & P4 533Mhz FSB
- very fast AND stable when overclocked at 200FSB. AGP and PCI lock seem to work!
- price (<€150)
- nforce soundstorm & onboard LAN
- dcddr doesn't prevent aggr timings or high FSB

Con:
- bios needs ironing (mp 2~12.5 & default mp (15) work, but the others don't)
- specific to 8rda+: no extra sound bracket. If you use your mic/line in, you can't use 6 channel audio. No digital out.
My TV-card is connected to the line-in connecter, so can't use surround sound. :/
- 2 sticks of 256mb cost more than 1 of 512mb.
- on-die heatprobe is removed, because Epox got to many questions why the cpu temp was so high. They switched back to the socketprobe, which is less accurate and ~5°C less warm. Bummer. :/

high FSB seems to be no problem as long as you keep the memory running at a slow speed. I don't think it's the memory itself, but rather the memory controller who can't handle fast transfers at high fsb. Bummer. This would have been great running in sync dcddr.

I hope that "bug" can be fixed with a BIOS upgrade
maybe another revision will hit the market soon, like the Abit nForce2

Where are you planning to buy the epox 8rda+? I can't seem to find it on stok anywhere?

By the way, 235Mhz is with mem at 75% (176Mhz) and aggr timings.

it's all ordered at funcomp

all I wanna get is 205-210 mhz sync with agres timings on air with two stixx of 3500 like 11*210 or sth.
It's just a folder/workpc.
I need total 200% stability on this one.
