what's the size of your drill in mm ?
do you 'pre-drill' with a smaller one ?
i would use some kind of drill oil ,
even the cheapest universal oil will do , your drills will last a lot longer and it will be much easier

i have to say g.l.amour makes some amazing block's, i have one from him and when my new case arrives i will test it ( it has 1 intake and 2 outtakes )

theus what kind of an rad is that, i saw an simular one at procooling.com on an howto

-drill size doesn't really matter. bigger holes: less work. smaller holes: more work and more performing
-not pre-drilled or so, I know making a hole everywhere before the actual drilling would make a whole world of difference
-I'll get drill oil as soon as I've got money

waiting now for the arrival of rad & pump so I can check the fittings, also have to buy a few more drill bits and tubing. but I've got only 3€ left or so

i think your holes ar a little bit too deep and to wide because there has to be turbelence but that is for an NB so don't worry it dousn't has to cool that much

thursday I'll pick up the copper, cut into pieces and threaded.
barbs of 3/8 10mm were sold out, bought 9mm's for vidcard block and 12mm's for CPU block. So I'll need some kind of adapter. Premade adapters can be bought, but every time you need them you have to drive to a shop + you don't always find the right one + cost money

DIY offcourse!
giving that 10mm copper pipe a use. remember the tubing can be stretched by ~2mm

copper pipe: dia 10
8mm tube: stretched to 10 to fit copper pipe (stretched to 9 to fit vidcard blocks)
12mm tube: put over the 8mm tube
this al tightened by a clamp to be 100% sure, lighter was used to make the tubing easier to stretch and apply




tried it on the tap, looks like it's waterproof
