Max. POST speed somewhere between 2400-2500 with 1.75v vcore.. maybe higher with more voltage, but not much use now as I don't have a HD with OS loaded hooked up to the system to test for stability.
but should give you an idea of what to expect

MCX462-V + 80mm Vantec,
as said, this is POST speed only, BIOS reports 30°C CPU temp with 21°C room temp, no case.

Euhm how much voltage can they handle without dying ?

CPU : AMD 2500+ Mobile
CPU : AMD 2400+ XP

Gonna squize out the maximum out of them.

I've been pusing around 2.2 Vcore throug my 1800+, with aircooling, chip is still alive.
