omdat dit dient om in een notebook te steken en als je die cpu in een notebook installeert vereist dat kennis + vaardigheid.

Desktop install =/= Notebook install

the version with vcore of 1.25v = yes
1.45v = no

and from the code FQQ4C you can tell it's the 1.45V model

the F means OPGA formfactor = desktop and some mobiles
if it would be a H it would be µPGA form factor = desktops only

the first Q means 1.45V

PS: read the article on hexus, there's a pdf included that'll explain these things
