i fixed the problem, I dropped a bit of soldering on the end of a resistor ( i cut the trace with my screwdriver )

and the board works again!

i am running watercooled atm.
temps aren't great(42° idle)
block is a little to dirty on the inside.
going to clean it, because otherwise that friend is not going to be happy.
this is just a BETA setup
