| I never would have guessed a simple & silent aircooler is able to cool a 80W pelt sufficiently. The heatsink gets hot, but not too hot (50°C or so). It will probably not do much, but as far as your not spending too much on it, it's great fun. Q: I can power the pelts with an ordinary ATX PSU, with the amps in spec (below max 12V output), but the wires get extremely hot. How hot may they get? I don't get it since the wires look thicker than the wires on the pelt. ???

| I'm testrunning my waterchiller with 2*80W pelts on 550W PSU. Only one large alu heatsink to cool both pelts, but the LOUD 4000rpm 80mm fan on it seems to do a great job! I've got a nice layer of frost on it.
