The Real Power 450W is an ATX form factor 450 Watt power supply that is fan cooled, and features ATX12V v2.0 compliance. Comes with motherboard, peripheral, SATA, display interface, floppy power connectors.

stress tested to the max (well almost, can't find anymore place to put HDD's and/or CDroms

according to Cooler Master's own meter yes, I do not yet have a seperate Watt. meter to check the accuracy.
