Default Zotac issues manual overclocking profiles for GTX 1070 Ti

Workaround for their custom versions

While some partners have a luxury of built-in profiles in their overclocking utilities to work around Nvidia's weird factory-overclocking restriction on the GTX 1070 Ti, Zotac was not so lucky and had to look for a different path, one with manual profiles.
