Default Xtreem PC4800 1GB Dual Channel Kit

TeamGroup is not well known here in the States, but they do have reputation overseas. Their Samsung TCCD based Xtreem PC4800 is an
excellent introduction to the company's potential.

over what "sea" are they speaking? Europe has not heard of Team Group either;

we might have a few product reviews of them coming up, still WIP

it's been confirmed!
JNAV98GT will make a short return to the reviewing scene as he will tackle a few of these "Team Group" memory modules

One of the bases in purchasing "high performance" ram is from reputable and service oriented companies which may not have be ram chip manufacturers.

Some OEM ram from ProMos, Apacer, Infineon can be kickers. However, you must go thru Dell, HP and Gateway to get any service should the ram go bye bye for whatever reason. The ram makers won't even talk to you because they sell ram to OEM at a very very low price.

Over the years, I seldom have memory problem; when I did, Corsair has been very cooperative and GSkill has been very disappointing.

The lucky folks in the U.S. have Newegg which is very customer service oriented; and because Newegg is getting to becoming the WalMart of consumer PC part stores, it has the power in making sure suppliers pay for the warranty.

So, if you must buy expensive RAM from brand that may be questionable in customer service/support, go to the reputable reseller or stick with the brand that's been around for the longest time in performance product.

TCCD or not; as long as the product deliver what it is advertised or claimed and the manufacturer stands behind it.
