 |  Windows “upgrades” printer to HP LaserJet M101-M106 It does not matter what it is, it is one of these now A recent Windows 10 and 11 update renames everyone's printers to "HP LaserJet M101-M106" regardless of the model. The problem was first noticed. when users noticed that the HP Smart App was being installed on people's PCs without their consent.
