 |  Windows 8.1 will let you shut down through the Start button One of my least favorite things about Windows 8 is having to perform mouse gymnastics to shut down or reboot. I have to drag the cursor to the bottom right or top right of the screen, wait for the Charms bar to pop up, click on "Settings," then "Power," then "Shut down" or "Restart." Half the time, my cursor flies across to my second display instead of hitting the Charms hot corner. Ugh. http://techreport.com/news/25011/win...e-start-button |
