| VIA showing off USB 3.0 hub controller at CES VIA Technologies is getting its SuperSpeed on by announcing the VL810, the "industry's first integrated single chip solution" featuring USB 3.0 support. The new chip can handle USB 3.0's top speeds of 5 Gbps and is compatible with USB 2.0/1.1 so older devices will work just fine with it. http://www.tcmagazine.com/comments.php?id=31791&catid=2
