 |  TSMC’s 7nm tech is on track For anyone wanting risk next year TSMC's co-CEO Mark Liu told yesterday's investors meeting that his outfit’s 7nm was well on track and will be ready for risk production in the middle of next year. Liu said he had more than 20 customers lined up for the 7nm process, which will target production for both mobile and high-performance computing applications. http://fudzilla.com/news/processors/...-tech-on-track |
