Third-generation wireless audio: announcing the new xqisit xqPRO speaker

• Improved transfer quality and speed
• Optimized communication between the speaker and mobile device
• User-friendly multipoint touch panel

Wireless audio technology has been making great strides – an evolution
evidenced by xqisit’s new xqPRO Bluetooth speaker, which is based on the
successful prior xq product family. The new wireless xqPRO has been
optimized in terms of its transfer speed and quality, as well as battery life.
The xqPRO also offers new features such as a multipoint touch panel for
improved user-friendliness, as well as outstanding sound quality,
particularly for Android devices. The award-winning* organic and dynamic
design of the xqPRO is yet another striking feature of this highly practical
speaker.

“Regardless of whether the user accesses their music in terrific sound quality or
places a hands-free phone call, the xqPRO enhances the comfort and
convenience of mobile communication in many domains,” says Head of xqisit Timo
Treudt. “We’ve built on the strengths of the predecessor product and have added
innovative features to the new model.”

One of the main advantages of the wireless xqPRO over its predecessor is
optimized audio compression, which enables the speaker to achieve optimized
transfer speed and sound quality thanks to the use of additional Bluetooth
protocols, namely APTX and AAC. Communication between terminal devices and
the xqPRO has also been improved such that, for example, a call can be taken
directly via a cell phone or tablet when the user wishes to talk on the phone using
the Bluetooth box’s hands-free function and integrated microphone.

Additional new features of the latest generation of xq products include longer
battery life of up to ten hours, plus user-friendly operation in an attractive looking
design, using a multipoint touch panel. xqisit’s xqPRO, which is available in stores
now, sells for €149.95 and is distributed exclusively by STRAX GmbH.
