Worried it would have to deal with lots of state laws

AT&T has ordered its Republican minions in Congress to draft some net neutrality laws to fight off state laws which are being written now.



New York Governor Andrew Cuomo signed an executive order requiring that state agencies purchase Internet access only from broadband providers that abide by net neutrality.
