| SLI coming to laptops soon NVIDIA is working on a dual graphic card design for laptops. Perhaps we should really say for desktop replacement laptops, as you won't see this feature in thin and light notebook machines. It is simply impossible to cool thin and light machines with two graphic cards inside. The concept is rather simple. You take two MXM graphic modules, plug them in one of those Desktop replacement machines and you can run SLI on your notebook. Nvidia will probably make the chipset that can accommodate SLI in notebooks and we have some reason to think this board is already finished. It is Nforce 4 SLI for notebooks. http://www.theinquirer.net/?article=28854
