| Second-Tier Mainboard Maker Iwill Acquired by Contract Manufacturer Flextronics, a Singapore-based Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider has reportedly acquired second-tier maker of server and workstations motherboards Iwill. No official statements have been released on the matter and no details of the acquisition is presently available.
