 |  Scythe Mugen 4 review: finally a good successor to the Mugen 2? The Scythe Mugen 4 is an excellent CPU cooler that's certainly not a bad buy. However, the fourth generation isn't that much better than the previous one. We can't really find much proof of innovation here, it's evolution more than revolution.
