 |  Samsung Galaxy M14 5G launches with Exynos 1330 SoC Hefty 6,000mAh battery and triple rear camera Samsung has unveiled its latest entry-level Galaxy model, the Galaxy M14 5G. While it shares a lot of specifications with the Galaxy A14 5G, it comes with a heftier 6,000mAh battery. Spotted by GSMArena.com, the Galaxy M14 5G measures 166.8 x 77.2 x 9.4 mm and weighs 206g, which is not surprising considering the plastic back and plastic frame. It has a 6.6-inch PLC LCD screen with Full HD+ resolution and 90Hz refresh rate. Samsung went with its Exynos 1330 5nm SoC with two 2.4GHz Cortex-A78 and six 2.0GHz Cortex-A55 cores, Mali-G68 MP2 GPU, 4GB of RAM and 64GB or 128GB of internal storage. The main rear camera features three sensors, main 50MP f/1.8, and two 2MP sensors, one for macro and one for depth. The front camera is a 13MP f/2.8.
