Optional 4G LTE and Snapdragon 8cx 5G

Although it was leaked back in April, Samsung has now officially announced the small 14-inch Galaxy Book Go, which starts at $349 for the WiFi-only version with Snapdragon 7c SoC.

Measuring at 323.9 x 224.8 x 14.9mm and weighing in at 1.38kg, the Samsung Galaxy Book Go is a neat little machine built around a 14-inch FHD 1920x1080 slim-bezel screen with a 180-degree hinge. Bear in mind that it does not feature a touchscreen.

Samsung will have two base versions, the Galaxy Book Go, which comes with Snapdragon 7c Gen 2 compute platform, which comes as a WiFi-only and optional LTE version, as well as the Galaxy Book Go 5G, with more powerful Snapdragon 8cx Gen 2 5G compute platform. As far as we can gather, both will be available with 4GB or 8GB of LPDDR4X memory, and 64B or 128GB of eUFS storage.

The rest of the specifications include a 720p webcam, two USB Type-C and two USB 2.0 type-A ports, 3.5mm audio jack, microSD card reader, 802.11ac 2x2 WiFi 5 (WiFi 6 on the Book Go 5G), Bluetooth 5.1, nano-SIM slot on LTE and Go 5G versions, and stereo speakers with Dobly Atmos.
