 |  Samsung confirms 10nm DDR4 10-nanometer class, 8-gigabit (Gb) DDR4 DRAM is here Samsung confirmed that it has started mass production of second generation 10-nanometer class, 8-gigabit (Gb) DDR4 DRAM.
