Default Samsung announces the development of the first DDR4 Module

Samsung announced this morning that they developed and manufactured the world first DDR4 module. Normally set to reach mass production and availability as soon as early 2012. Replacing DDR3 memory Modules, DDR4 are supposed, according to Samsung, to be 40% more efficient in energy than its predecessors while achieving a 2.1Gbps data rate transfer.
