 |  Samsung announces 990 EVO PCIe 5.0 M.2 SSD series Samsung has now officially announced the new 990 EVO PCIe 5.0 M2 SSD series, supporting both PCIe 4.0 x4 and PCIe 5.0 x2 interfaces, standard M.2 2280 form-factor, and coming in 1TB and 2TB capacities.
