| S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl Multiplayer Impressions The first thing I noticed was the lack of a targeting reticule. Starting out with a small pistol against the obviously skilled demonstrator on hand was intimidating enough without having to aim without my familiar crosshairs. To further intimidate me, he explained that I would want to get another weapon as quickly as possible because my gun "can really only kill someone if you hit them up close with direct shots to the head." I learned the truth of his words the hard way as the gentleman killed me mercilessly over and over.
