 |  It's Final -- Corn Ethanol Is Of No Use Two new reports from The United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change find that while corn ethanol does burn cleaner than petroleum products, the overall indirect impact from emissions is greater than that of petroleum products. The International Institute for Sustainable Development was not so diplomatic, and estimates that the CO2 and climate benefits from replacing petroleum fuels with biofuels like ethanol are basically zero. http://www.hardocp.com/news/2014/04/...thanol_no_use/ |
