A bit more details about the story behind the game

Rockstar Games has now officially released a new trailer for its upcoming Red Dead Redemption 2 game.

While Rockstar was quite tight-lipped when it comes to Red Dead Redemption, aside from the bad news that it is delayed to October 26th, 2018, it has now officially released a new story trailer, which should keep the hype up.

Although it runs at just above two minutes, the trailer shows a bit more story details. According to the synopsis, the story is set in America in 1899 and follows the Arthur Morgan and Van der Linde gang, which is on the run after a robbery goes wrong in the town of Blackwater.

The trailer does not show much of the gameplay footage and it is only a cinematic trailer, just like the two previous ones.

Earlier rumors suggested that the game could have plenty of vehicles, as well as horses, of course. It is also possible that it will have some sort of multiplayer gameplay with possible battle royale mode, which is quite popular these days.

As noted earlier, Red Dead Redemption 2 is scheduled to launch on October 26 on Playstation 4 and Xbox One.
