| The Quiet PC Challenge - A Primer Arthur C. Clarke's writing in the late 50’s speculated that a computer with human like intelligence would have to be the size of the Empire State Building and require Niagra Falls for cooling. On most counts, this prediction was fabulously wrong, but it may just turn out that Authur was right about needing Niagra Falls for cooling.
