Default Qualcomm Galaxy S IV heads to Europe, while Asia will get Exynos 5 Octa variant

People who are definitely going to grab a Samsung Galaxy S IV at or right after launch dates need to know which variant will be available in their country. If you don’t already know, there will be two GS4 variants, one with a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 600, and the other with Samsung’s in-house Exynos 5 Octa.
