| PowerColor passively cools its X1950PRO /XT Arctic cooler made a nice big passive heat sink with four heat pipes that can keep the temperature of ATI's 80 and 90 nanometre chips codenamed RV570 or R580+ even below the temperature of ATI's reference design. Arctic claims that the passive cooler keeps the X1950PRO at 63 Celsius while the ATI reference one runs at 67. The cooler has a Special heatsink for the voltage regulators and memory cooling. http://www.theinquirer.net/default.aspx?article=36428
