The card works at reference clocks and comes with 512MB of DDR2 memory. This card is based on ATI's RV730Pro GPU which works at 600MHz. This passive version of the card will come with 512MB of DDR2 memory clocked at 500MHz (1,000MHz) and paired up with a 128-bit memory interface. As the entire HD 4600 series this card also supports DirectX 10.1, PCI-Express 2.0, ATI's CrossfireX and comes with an HDMI support. src
