| Nvidia might be working on RTX 3050 with GA107 GPU Lower TDP, same specifications It appears that Nvidia could be working on an RTX 3050 with GA107 GPU, which will retain the same specifications but have a lower TDP. According to a fellow hack, Igor Wallossek from Igor's Lab, Nvidia could be switching to GA107 GPU for the RTX 3050 graphics card, keeping the same specifications, such as number of CUDA and RT cores, number of PCIe lanes, and TMUs and ROPs, but having a lower TDP at the same time. In case you missed it, the RTX 3050, which launched in January 2022, packs 2560 CUDA cores, 80 Texture Units, 32 ROPs, 20 RT cores, and 80 Tensor cores, as well as comes with 8GB of 14Gbps GDDR6 memory on a 128-bit memory interface, leaving it with 224GB/s of maximum bandwidth. It has a 130W TDP. https://fudzilla.com/news/graphics/5...with-ga107-gpu |
