 |  NVIDIA Geforce GTX 470 $299, Min 550W PSU Required This time on the GTX 470; Price? It looks like the official launch price on this model will be $299 USD. To put this into perspective this is the same price as the HD 5850. Which means from a price stand point it’s going to compete directly against that model, no doubt NVIDIA will be aiming the performance of the model more around the HD 5870 area though. When it comes to power it looks like NV are going to be suggesting a 550 Watt minimum unit to run the model. Compared to the HD 5850 which ATI say requires a minimum of 500 Watt this is a slight bump. http://www.shanebaxtor.com/2010/02/2...u-requirement/
