| Noctua NF-P12 120mm fan Review Fortunately for everyone except maybe Noctua’s competitors, the NF-P12 is the type of component that can at least prolong its maker’s success as it offers a solid balance between performance and overall noise output and has great versatility. As the tests concluded, the NF-P12 provides top performance at its maximum working speed of 1300 RPM (rotations per minute) and while some might want more air being pushed through the fan’s blades, those aiming to have a PC that is both quiet and cool will surely be pleased with Noctua’s compromise. http://www.tcmagazine.com/articles.p...howarticle=242
