| New nForce 980a SLI chipset is renamed nForce 780a Some things really puzzled us. VR-Zone got to learn that Nvidia is planning to rebrand nForce 780a SLI chipset to nForce 980a SLI and the specs remain unchanged. ASUS leaked some details regarding this nForce 980a SLI chipset when they announced their upcoming M4N82 Deluxe board. Availability of the chipsets to partners is slated for March. The markings on the core will change from NF780A-SLI-N-A2 to NF980A-SLI-A2. http://vr-zone.com/articles/nvidia-t....html?doc=6542
