| New Intel Core 2 stepping is on the way The significant thing is that Intel takes some of the bugs seriously enough to go through the process of a full stepping to quash them, quite the expensive endeavor. I guess when you pull in a product by 3+ months, you pay the price, and this is the price. End users will probably see all of no difference

| Hmm, so will they be a "Revision B2 Stepping 7", or infact a "Revision B3 Stepping 7"? It is/was reported that the minor change from the ES B1 Stepping 5s to the retail B2 Stepping 6s caused quite a few broken BIOSs for the 965P boards... |
