| My iPad tryst: I craved, I caved, I gave up Steve Jobs may blackball me for writing this, or even thinking it, but I think you should know: The iPad is useless. Beautiful, but useless. In the span of about a week I purchased, gave up on and feverishly resold an iPad after realizing Apple already made and I already own the more utilitarian and ergonomic version: the iPhone. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/37235630...ence-wireless/

| More and more I start to wonder whether the iPad wasn't designed to be kinda useless. I mean, it's a hell of a marketing trick and they can afford doing so. They create bigger iPhone, be very secretive about it in the beginning, then all of a sudden drop a bomb as if a new era has started ... et voila: the perfect mix for a gigantic amount of free advertesing, people all over the world are talking about the iPad, even on the news and on television they're talking about it. On the other hand, they're also pushing the micro-sim format. It's unbelievable... all of a sudden, all mobile operators are offering micro-sims... Just because the iPad needs it. Can you imagine any other company able to do something like that ? //edit: lol@pic |

you're just unhappy that we're not going crazy over this product ps: nothing is stopping you from making newspost about iPad which put it in a different light; I don't "seek out" negative iPad news or reports, I'm still using the same RSS news sources as always

| No, I'm unhappy because you only provide negatively biassed news, which seems to be popular among PC based websites nowadays, Dailytech being the worst of all |
