The update is rolling out to select users in Brazil. Three months after the latest version of Android becomes official, one usually expects it to only reach flagship smartphones. But as Motorola has shown with the Moto G and Moto E, budget phones don’t have to be ill-treated just because they cost considerably lower than high-end devices....
