| Monsoon II CPU Cooler The latest cooling product to make it’s way to the [H] labs is a hybrid heatpipe/TEC based CPU cooler. Can a TEC powered by the system PSU outperform watercooling as the manufacturer claims?

| meh, the review says almost nothing TEC cooling might be an area where the heatpipe overkill of the Scythe Infinity could finally come into play |
