 |  [M] Silicon Power US75 M.2 2280 2TB PCIe 4.0 SSD Review The US75 2TB drive from Silicon Power does use less familiar components, such as the MAXIO MAP1602A 4-channel controller but also the YMTC VSYMT04TA104 232-layer NAND with Xtacking 3.0 technology; this new technology incorporates a 6-plane NAND design which does improve speed and also efficiency. We were quite surprised that the drive can maintain up to 850MB/s writes even after having filled more than half of the capacity, while the drive price is good when compared to the competition. http://www.madshrimps.be/articles/article/1001469/ |
