 |  [M] Patriot P300 M.2 PCIe Gen 3 x4 2TB SSD Review The 2TB version of the P300 SSD does deliver good overall performance by employing a DRAMless solution via the Phison PS5013-E13-31 controller, which also supports Host Memory Buffer for keeping the write speeds constant for longer.
