| Lexar NM610 1 TB M.2 NVMe SSD @ TechPowerUp Lexar's NM610 is built using a Silicon Motion SM2263XT controller, paired with Intel 3D TLC flash. The pseudo-SLC cache is rather large at 128 GB, which ensures big write bursts get handled at full speed.
