Lenovo profiles high-end Chromebook at IFA 2018 show

Suggesting that Chromebooks aren't just entry-level devices, Lenovo has unveiled a Yoga Chromebook available in October and packs a serious punch with some serious hardware. It also has two entry-level Chromebooks for those looking for a second portable device.

Following the design of its Yoga line, the Yoga Chromebook from Lenovo is a 2-in-1 notebook with a 360-degree hinge, allowing to be used in a standard notebook as well as a tablet mode, or anything in between.

The Lenovo Yoga Chromebook has a 15.6-inch screen, with a choice between an FHD 1920x1080 or a 4K/UHD 3840x2160, both based on an IPS panel.

The hardware includes Intel's 8th generation Core CPU, up to 8GB of RAM, 64GB or 128GB of internal storage, 56Whr battery, backlit keyboard, stereo speakers, two USB Type-C ports, one USB Type-A port, and a microSD card slot, or simply, a whole lot for a $600+ priced Chromebook.
